Was scheduled for warranty repair. Never showed up in 4 hour window. Never called me. I called and got voicemail. They never returned call. I called Frigidaire and they told me they rescheduled for 2 weeks from now and were surprised they didn't tell me. I had Frigidaire select a different company to do my freezer repair. New place has an A+ BBB rating versus an F with these clowns. How in the world is AZ still in business? Their spartan website doesn't even mention they do appliance repair! Stay away!!!

wellI recieved a really quick estimate in 1 day after I dropped my tv off,then they called within 2 more days to say it was repaired and working,Very happpy A+++ if you need a quick & cheap fix THIS IS YOUR SPOT!! thanks az

I brought my LG monitor in on the 13th. On the 15th after no contact, they tell me it is the power board that is failed. So I wait until later in the week for them to receive the so called power board for my LCD Monitor. I then have to call them again and a foreign technician gets on the phone and tells me to not call. They will call me when the board gets in. This was Wed.the 20th. So after looking online at similar reviews from other customers and the horror stories, I figured out they mis-diagnose to keep the TV's and monitors when people say they do not want to pay for the repairs. So I then waited until Friday to finally call again and sure enough as other google users stated, they told me the so called power board they ordered worked and the screen was cracked and that it was not worth fixing. This was the ethiopian tech that was there that told me this. I then said to him, does it power on, he said yes but the screen was cracked. I then drove immediately there and confronted th

If you are not sure which board in your TV has gone bad you can hand it to this business and when they eventually return it to you several weeks later you can be certain that most of the boards will not be working and it will be not worth fixing. If you bargain hard you may even get away with paying for that.
