Chris J did a fantastic job for us. He did a thorough inspection of the our electrical system, and helped us install two outlets in the house. The outlets were installed in the basement and the kitchen. He made sure that they had their own breaker so that another breaker in the house would stop tripping. We were very pleased with his service, and we will use Apollo in the future.

Joe M. Came out and fixed an emergency plumbing issue for us tonight. He was extremely knowledgable and fixed the issue very quickly. He was also very respectful of our home and space from the minute he arrived, wearing shoe coverings, asking permission to sit his laptop on the counter, etc. He was friendly and explained very clearly what he planned to do. The pricing was fair for the work that needed done. The online coupon helped and I was thankful there weren't any after hours charges. The customer service man who called to tell me Joe was on his way was also extremely knowledgeable and gave me answers to questions I didn't know I had! We are new homeowners but are extremely pleased to have found a reliable plumbing and electrician company should the need arise again. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Our service technician, Vince Huff, arrived on time...was professional and courteous. He identified the problem with our A/C and completed the work in a timely fashion. He was able to answer all the questions that I had.

Matt Dumas was very helpful in explaining to me what the problem was with the dishwasher. He researched the price of a new part, put that info on my invoice, and emailed it to me. Since it is my son's dishwasher, I have to wait until he returns from vacation to see if he wants to go ahead with the repair or perhaps replace the dishwasher.

When additional service was needed, he was able to solve the problem on the same day as the initial routine system checkup. This is a great benefit to the customer so that a return appointment does not need to be scheduled.

I have used Apollo for at least 10 years in 2 homes and a rental property. As a total company they have always acted in a courteous and professional manner. We had Apollo replace our home AC system today, and they did a great job. Employees Mark F. and Joel S. were both excellent. They communicated well, were friendly, prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. They even found a way to allow the new system to work with my Nest thermostat, even though it required extra work on their part. All in all, a first class job, and team. Im very impressed, and very pleased.
