This is the worse customer service I have ever gotten from trying to get my pkg delvd that requires a signature but can never track down the driver customer service line has no answers and are foreign and cant understand anything mainly no one can help if you don't hv a trkg number and this pkg has been attempted twice and w my address and name and phone number no one could help me at all.....All this is after calling on the first attempt to try to make arrangements on Sat to pick up the pkg, was told no can't it h as to be requested and then after another attempt you will be able to after it gets back to office location and then BUT wait you have to wait until the next day of business to pick up even if it was there on Monday!!!!!Oh and no notes couldbe put in about the pkg to hold it so that I would not be inconvienced just have to sit and wait to see when the busy delvy man can get to you. Really sad for the BROWN UPS not to be able to do anything TERRIBLE!!!!!
