I got a 2014 Ford Fusion from here an the check engine light came on the next day. After putting 1800 down. Basically they shut the light off to make a sale. I called them an told them an they told me I could make an appointment to bring it in,which mind you was after the first payment. (Payments due every two weeks) The car by the third day then started cutting off in reverse or just when sitting in park. Took it to auto zone to put it on the check engine light an it threw FOUR different codes all for the same thing the TCM. Which is one of the main computers in the car an is pretty costly to fix. About a week later the car broke down on me while sitting in the drive thru the car started overheating an went into limp mode or safe mode an wouldn’t let me drive I contacted them an they said they would send a tow truck. So I’m thinking they are going to fix the TCM an it will be fixed. No instead they take the car back to shop reset it to take it out of limp mode an turn the check engine light off an tell me it’s ready. Basically ignoring the fact the check engine light says the TCM is going out. They had the nerve to tell me it wasn’t going out an I was just pressing the gas to fast I need to take my time. It’s a 2014 not a 1999 how I push the gas shouldn’t make a difference. When the TCM is going out it messes up the rpms an eventually it will go all the way out, so they basically want me to keep driving the car and paying them for it knowing it’s going to break down on me an they are going to try to leave me liable. WORST CAR EXPERIENCE IVE HAD DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THEM!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
