• Carpet Cleaning
  In 1890 Peter J. Gfroerer Sr., along with his two sons Peter Jr. and Joseph formed the Frayer Rug Company; based on their beliefs of hard work, quality workmanship and value. These principles quickly gave them the reputation as one of the premier carpet cleaning companies in the city of Cincinnati. In 1907, Peter Jr. changed the family name to "Gfroerer" to reconnect with Alsace Lorraine - German heritage and to distinguish their company from one of the same name in a different industry.
• Upholstery Cleaning
  The Gfroerer Company uses Steam Extraction Method only for in-home carpet and upholstery cleaning. Our master technician brings over 15 years experience in providing this service; combined with a wealth of knowledge of all types of carpet fibers. Special attention is given to spots and traffic areas. Some furniture shifting is included in areas being cleaned.
• Rug Cleaning
  The Gfroerer Company is one of the few remaining rug cleaning companies in the region to utilize a large conveyor style cleaning machine. This full flush, wet method provides a more thorough cleaning; ensuring safety of delicate fibers and dyes. After cleaning, rugs are hung in our specially designed heated dry room. Fringe on rugs is hand cleaned. Completed rugs are rolled for delivery or pick-up.
• Deodorizing
