About 2 years ago I bought a phone from the Eastgate Mall T Mobile store. After I payed the phone off last month I was looking at my latest bill I noticed a $9 charge for equipment. When I called I was informed this was not an actual equipment charge but for insurance that I had told the salesman I did not want. I do not know the integrity of the company as a whole but I can say do not trust the people at this store. I will be going back to Verizon who I was with for many years and with no fraud issues. Beware of dishonest sales people.
