  I have developed a streamlined methodology to make your experience as simple and straightforward as possible. The Estate planning process begins with the client filling out my information form. This provides all of the data needed to create your estate plan. Once the data has been filled in, we will meet to discuss your estate plan and any special objectives you may have. I will answer your questions and explain the need for each document and guide you to create the documents you need. Often a client will come in thinking they need a Trust.
