He is the worst attorney and is lazy

I went to Mr. Robertson for a divorce and he fell asleep during my initial consultation off and on. He had a pen and paper in his hand and kept dropping it. He also kept asking me to repeat myself and apologizing telling me that his wife and seven kids had him up all night. I don't care about his family life...this is my life I am talking to him about. I was outraged how he didn't care enough to stay awake and worried he wouldn't be able to care for my case as he should. I am going to another attorney because I felt if he is going to fall asleep now he probably won't change and who knows what the judges think about him especially when his staff wasn't surprised when I told them you were falling asleep. The secretaries said that he always gets complaints about this and clients are tired of him being tired. He wanted me to pay for the consultation but I told him to take it up with the bar association. I can't believe he is still an attorney.
