It is the primary responsibility of every Provider Services associate, to provide Residents and their families the support, comfort and honesty needed during the difficult decision of choosing a nursing facility. After choosing to stay with us, we will continue to provide excellence in service while delivering the care that your loved one deserves. Every Provider Services facility is filled with the warmth and feeling of home. Family and friends are encouraged to visit frequently and spend quality time with their loved ones. Dining areas are filled with the tastes and smells of home cooking. Residents can be comfortable expressing their food preferences during their stay with us. It is our goal to provide Residents with the highest standards of quality care and a personal commitment to their health and happiness. Daily activities are scheduled and participation is encouraged so that Residents can maintain active, healthy lifestyles. Careful consideration is given to the appropriate selection of roommates, paying close attention to personalities and each individual’s need for care. We encourage open communication from the family members of our Residents. We will address all facets of each Resident’s well being through team conferences, a positive attitude and quality care…making a difference – one Resident at a time.
