Established in 1980, Purcell Marian High School is a Roman Catholic, co-educational high school. It is chartered by the state of Ohio and approved by the North Central Association of Schools. Its curriculum includes English, math, science, health and physical education. In addition, it provides basic education in fine arts, electives and religion. It offers basic instructions in algebra, geometry, and precalculus and calculus. The school additionally offers advance placement courses and honors programs. Its athletic activities include bowling, swimming, basketball, wrestling, tennis, tracking, golf and softball. The school has a library that offers variety of resources, including encyclopedias, scientific resources, literary words, and images and pictures. Purcell Marian High School is located in Cincinnati.
