Their tow-truck ran me off the road, then started videotaping me after that because I guess they're told to go cause accidents and then film it so they can catch you heated. Went to the shop and the owner called me a "faggot" and said he was going to call the police. Real class at this place! This is what happens when you teach hillbillies how to business.

This guy should not be working with the public at all. Was a grade A asshole up until he saw my father then he was super nice. He has zero people skills. Also his services aren't 24 hrs as advertised either and will only come when it's convenient for him. I don't recommend any contact with this guy for anything.

I am sure that tow companies hear all sorts of excuses, and become cynical after hearing lie after lie. My situation was I went to the University of Cincinnati to pick up lunch at the lot across from Chicago Gyros & Hot Dogs, read the parking meter that stated 1 quarter equals 10 minutes, and knew I would be under 10 minutes..but put 2 quarters in just in case. Walked across the street and ordered..as I finished I saw a tow truck that had already hooked my car. I was gone for literally 4 minutes and thought what the heck is going on? I went over and the driver said immediately "it is your responsibility to make sure the meter works". I knew right then that the driver knew it didn't work and was waiting as people went to park there to make an easy $ preying on people who actually paid for the time. He charged $50 because I didn't check to see after I put two quarters into the meter that it registered..I take blame for not checking it.
