RE: Nnodum Pharmaceuticals Receipt Order Number 100362Ziks Nnodum failed to complete my order as I requested and as stated in their order-confirmation Email. In particular, they sent it via US Postal Service instead of United Parcel Service (UPS).The only shipping options on their website were FedEx and UPS, both of which provide delivery to the recipients door that is one of the reasons I chose their product. From their Website order-page: Please select the desired shipping method below: FedEx Ground Service $8.69 UPS Ground $8.37On January 8th, 2010, I contacted ZiksPain (Paul) and learned the product had been sent via US Postal Service. I wrote Zikspain requested and that they complete the order per their Website and order-confirmation Email, and that it be sent via UPS as indicated in the order-confirmation order. I have not heard from ZiksPain, nor has the product been delivered.
