I have been going to Motorcycle Parts Outlet for 20 years for both parts and service. I've always found them to be very knowledgeable and I've always been very satisfied with the work they've done on all my bikes over the years.

My motorcycle broke down and this garage worked on it. They called me up and explained that they didn't know what caused the problem and they didn't know what fixed the problem. Then he told me that I owed him $319 for labor. When I went to the shop to pick up my bike he closed early so I could not get it until the next business day which was Saturday. Then I seen the sign next to the door that he wouldn't be open Saturday. This caused me to miss out on a couple great rides over the weekend on top of having to pay $319 for his "professional" service that consisted of "I don't know what was wrong with it or how it got fixed." I won't be going back to this guy again.
