Today I had my driver outside rear view mirror replaced. It was showing "glass corrosion." The glass was identified correctly as "blue glass" and heated. The car is a 2001 Audi TT Roadster. 50 minutes and two complementary cups of coffee, I had the key in my hands and I was on my way. This company has an excellent reputation. This is the third time I have used Mel's glass. Very happy with the company. The location? Well, not for me to say.

I recently had my Odyssey windshield replaced by Mel's Auto Glass Co.. The customer service dept helped in the claim process with Liberty Mutual. They scheduled a service appt. the next morning at my home. The service was complete and high quality work. The service techs were courteous, kept me informed of the process, and cautions after the glass was replaced. I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MEL'S AUTO GLASS FOR ALL OF YOUR VEHICLE GLASS REPLACEMENTS. Alvin-Blue Ash

I had a very good experience with Mel's. My windshield was cracked and needed replaced. Mel's working with my insurance company to get me an OEM window for my foreign car. Within the week, they came to my house and installed it. It was a job well done.

I would not do business with this company. They cancelled my first appointment because the technician was ill (stuff happens, no big deal). I rearranged my schedule for an appointment the following week, only to be told the morning of my appointment that the technician would call me in the afternoon and let me know whether or not he could make it. Not a good way to run a business -- there are too many other good companies out there.
