White Oak Nutrition is a God-send. Sandwiched between a Booj's fried chicken joint and a few other greasy eateries, it offers a delicious, nutritious meal in the form of a cleansing aloe shot, metabolism-boosting tea, and a satisfying protein shake. The shop itself is bright, friendly, and welcoming, and the people who work there are happy to engage in conversation about their products, health and fitness in general, and other topics that give them excellent customer service reputations. But the main highlight are one of the many protein shakes you can choose. Choices such as chocolate caramel cheesecake, cinnamon roll, blueberry muffin, and cookies and cream satisfy any sweet tooth without forcing one to endure the caloric overdoses that normally accompany such desserts. I go at least once a week right after yoga, and I find that the meal is a perfect complement to my full-body workout. Keep up the GREAT work, W.O. nutrition!
