Never again...

Had my vehicle serviced for a new muffler and catalytic converter. David Cochran serviced my vehicle and did a great job. I also had great service from Steve in the service department who provided me an up front honest quote and told me other options of getting my vehicle fixed by taking it to an exhaust shop that might have been able to just reattach my current muffler which could have saved me money. The repairs were done quickly even though they didn't have any appointments available for two weeks they worked my car into their schedule. I appreciate the great service. Thank you.

I just purchased a mercury montaineer my first car that i have to make payments on, have always just bought off of friends or family, or just paid cash. The staff here are super helpful and will go out of there way to make you comfortable, do not push you into something you do not want! I am glad that I went there!!

my experience at jd byrider went better than i thought it would. the staff really took thier time to serve me which was real nice because it was getting ready to close and they did not let that hinder the time they spent with me. i am really glad i went to jd byrider they have a great program to rebuild your credit and they really went above and beyond to help me with my down payment and insurance. they offer a great deal through thier program especially the 5.00 oil changes at any jiffy lube that is a big plus for me. tim the mgr and luke broadus were the 2 gentleman that really helped me a great deal and put me at ease. thank you sooo much and i look forward to being a long time customer.
