About Heather Dlugosz, MD, CEDS Dr. Dlugosz, an Eating Recovery Center, Cincinnati staff psychiatrist, has experience with the treatment of eating, mood and anxiety disorders in adolescents and adults. She has been with Eating Recovery Center since 2015, when the Ohio center was opened. Dr. Dlugosz is board certified in Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). Dr. Dlugosz grew up in Northeast Ohio and received her Bachelorâ??s degree from Albion College.
