Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center serves the medical needs of infants, children and adolescents through family-centered care, research and teaching programs. Located in Cincinnati, the medical center offers advanced treatment for pediatric patients in specialty areas through its heart center, pediatric liver care center, and pediatric hematology and oncology department. It also operates outpatient facilities and urgent care centers in more than five locations. Additionally, it provides specialized medical, surgical and rehabilitative services, and also combines research with its clinical efforts to provide patients with advancements in treatment. The medical center also offers training and education to parents and the community, including medical residents, postdoctoral fellows, nurses, biomedical researchers and other health care professionals.
