While in Cincinnati, we stayed at this hotel for the Flying Pig Marathon. Our room was booked well in advanced for a King Bed. When we arrived the check-in desk was understaffed for the day (knowing that there was a marathon that weekend... with many participants staying at the hotel) and our room was down graded to a double bed in a tiny room with no compensation. I feel that with better planning and providing rooms with regard to reservation date as a priority, this situation could have been prevented.
