I have been here six years and the last three have got worst each year. The new owners will not have lots cleared of snow whereas the previous owners always made sure lots were cleared of snow and salted. I have made complaints of neighbors excessive loud music that has not been addressed. Broken down cars on property for over two years. Now having window leakage that was supposed to have been fixed this past year. Heat in bedroom, dining room and living rooms working when they want,have to run cords because a lot of electrical outlets don't work. Need new refrigerator and there is leaking under kitchen sink that I have told them about. None of which has been addressed along with them replacing a faucet in bathroom for three months now. Looking to move out this year. Don't waste your money moving here.
