Don't even want to give them one star. They did hats for our knothole team and they look horrible. we paid $13/hat times 14 hats, that's just the embroidery, not the cost of the hats. When we told them we were dissatisfied they didn't offer to redo them, they just gave us $100 back. If it were me, I would have been ashamed to take advantage of a kids' baseball team like they did, no pride in their work at all.
