One of the least expensive options for Independent living in this part of town. Mom came from 1,000 SF in a little college town to almost twice as much space here--for the same price. She carps about food quality, transportation availability, etc, but I remind her of what a difference the bigger space means to overall quality of life. I do think in this case that "family owned" isn't necessarily a good thing.
