I've ben dealing with them for nearly 15 years. There isn't a better bunch of people in all of Cincinnati and they've always treated me good. I have a above ground pool and hot tub from them and anytime I've ever had a problem they have taken care of it. I'm probably going to get a new pool next year and i'll get it from Eastgate because I know I'll get a good deal and a good pool.
Watch out for this company. After they sell you the pool they will send out a sub contactor tore install it. In my case there was many dents and wrinkles in my liner. They basically told me that's not the norm for them , and if I wanted it fixed I'd have to shell out more money to there sub contractor. They do a very sloppy install. Do not buy from them! :(
Not sure what the issues are the other reviewer was talking about??? I've had 2 pools built by Eastgate and they are SUPER! Constructions projects done below ground can of course result in extra expenses-you never know until the backhoe gets into it.The reason I went back to Eastgate Pools for a 2nd pool was because they laid everything out in advance and explained what we might run into.My 1st pool had some extras because of subsurface fill and there was a small extra charge as it took longer to dig than expected.I knew it was coming because they didn't try to hide the potential problem up front. My second pool was quoted, there were no issues and the bill was exact TO THE PENNY from what I was quoted. If you want to buy a pool I highly recommend them as they don't just tell you anything to make the sale.I went to get a quote elsewhere and the salesman basically lied to me when he said there probablywouldn't be any extras, even though he hadn't looked at my yard.Eastgate--great pools A+

Buying an in ground pool from Eastgate Pooss be careful, get everything in writing and expect changes to the original quote that will cost you money. The sales rep quotes the job, but the project manager calls the shots and they do not seem to be on the same page. They use sub contractors to install the pool , but lead you to believe that are dedicated to them. So when you have problems you end up getting someone from Eastgate service trying repair something that was not done correctly in the first place and since they pay their subs as soon as the job is done, they really do not have much leverage in the busy season. Apparently, the install crews has more work than can do in a season, so the pool companies are forced to live with sloppy installations or they need to maintain their own install crew. About half way through the install you get tired of Eastgate's excuses and are forced to play nice and open your wallet to get the job done. If I was going to do it again, I would hold back
