Just Great

I go here just about every single day. It typically get iced coffee or a hot latte. My order is always right and tastes fantastic. I cannot justify going to Sbux anymore when I can something that is exactly the same for half the cost! I have never been disrespected, never get dirty looks or rude comments if I bring up a concern about my order being wrong, and I always get superb service. The managers there are awesome and the staff are always friendly.

They make the worst-Cappachino-instead of foam, it's always 100% liquid. Starbuck's makes the best. You ask for a dry cappachino and you get 1/2 liquid and the rest is foam. The only person that made it right has left. Had one this morning and it was the same all liquid. I won't be back until they get it right!

For the last year I've been visiting this location. Out of several in the city, this is not the closest to my house but I have always had top-notch service and I swear that the food & coffee tast better in this location than the others. I have been treated well by all the staff and notice that the manager goes out of her way when the place is packed to keep things moving and keep the customers happy. I will continue to drive past the other DD locations to keep coming back here for a long time to come I'm sure.

if you want to be treated horribly then this is the place. Heaven forbid you question the manager about them being out of stock on certain items and she will go off on you!
