Dr. Shepards office looks very nice and clean. Her staff is very professional and they were very polite in assisting me. Dr. Shepherd greeted me with a smile and I really enjoyed my experience.

Appears professional but actions speak louder then words. My first visit was pleasant but when I tried to call over a month in advance to reschedule my second appt. I called and left voice messages on the office answering machine several times over a two month period to never get an answer or return call back. Finally called in Sept and spoke with the dentist to schedule an appt. According to her the only available appt was Oct.31st @ 7:00 a.m. Arrived to the appt as scheduled and Dr. Shepard informed me that my insurance didnt go through from my appt in June. Since the insurance company was not open at 7a.m I will have to go home, contact them, then call her and let her know what is going on. Then we can reschedule. I called my insurance company, recieved a new I.d number, and called it into Dr. Shepard but I will never return to her again.
