Very rude and pushy staff. The renege on discounts and will evict on a whim, even if you are paying rent on time. Their workmanship is cut rate, and unless you are their wealthiest clientele you could get left in the lurch for weeks, if you get help at all. They use shady brand naming, so you think you are buying from Brand X, or Brand Y, but its all owned by Dov. Make sure your next apartment, house or property isn't owned by Dov, otherwise you might find your self evicted, money lost, and belongings inspected, or destroyed. That's what happened to me.
