I felt pressured by salesperson, made untrue statements.

I like how the nursing home sits back on the street, how its not on the street like most. It has a nice long driveway. When you walk into the nursing home you are greeted by the nice people at the desk. When I went for my tour I walked in and told them who I was, I did not have to wait for someone to give me a tour. I was shown everything.When you go on to the elevator they took you in the back to show you where the kitchen and laundry was. We next went upstairs to the second floor, I was amazed by the activity room and the huge palvilion that was nice. They showed me the conference room where they said they have care conferences at they showed me the therapy room where the D.O.N office was, the beauty shop. We walked to the north unit where the staff was nice I met a few staff members that have been there for a few years. The residents looked good. When next went to the south unit and as well I met both nurses where one nuse had been there for a long time. the residents looked great.
