  Dr. Andrew grew up in Orlando, FL and graduated from University of Central Florida with a bachelors degree in science. He graduated from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 1998, and then completed a two year surgical residency at The Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati. He performs routine care and all surgical services while showing a specific expertise in diabetic care and limb salvage surgery.
