See one seen them all. Remember the "No Refunds/No Exchange Policy". I wish we could change this, but it will not change, because women - Black Women - in particular will not stop patronizing these places no matter what. I understand that beauty and the things that make us feel beautiful on the outside is important. However, let's see what we can do to get them to loosen up this policy. I bought a draw string hair piece. I have bought many, and have done so for years. I have purchased several wigs from this place. Total purchases at least $300.00. I attempted returned the most recent purchase because upon trying it on, the drawstring broke. I had my receipt. They told me that it didn't "break", but it simply came apart, and then proceeded to tell me how to wear a draw string ponytail. Interruption here. You don't have to tell me how to do this, I have done this for years. I know how a drawstring ponytail works, and furthermore, this is the first time this has ever happened. Please exchange it. They brainwash one of the cashiers/clerks into "repairing" it. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, WHY IS IT BEING "REPAIRED"!!!! After complaining that it would be far more easier to replace it. I have a receipt, it is being returned with three days of purchase, I am reminded that it is a no return/no exchange policy. I didn't bring it back because I didn't like it, or I changed my mind, or that it didn't look right, or that it was the wrong color. It BROKE. These people are so narrow minded, and they take advantage because they truly believe that we need them and that we will put up with this nonsense for the cause of outward beauty. I spent a small amount, $11.99 for this piece. I wasn't walking out without it or a replacement since they refused to exchange it. 45 minutes later, I am given my "REPAIRED" hair piece that according to them wasn't broken. I can't believe that I actually waited and the whole time, the devil was working on me. Thank God I didn't listen to Satan telling me to knock everything over in there. Now I know why they play gospel music all the time. On top of everything, I was told that they were doing me a favor by repairing the piece that wasn't broken because they didn't have to. I could swear that I'd never come back - to this place anyway, but there is another one around the corner with the same asinine policy. What's a girl to do?

It's a great store. They have everything you need. Some people complain that the employees follow the customers around. Personally, my mom and I never experienced that. I know people steal from there regularly, which makes them want to follow people. But, instead of following people around, they should invest in a better security system. Still, it's a great store, it's convenient and the employees are friendly from my standpoint.

The store is always clean and the sales-people there are friendly. I don't like the parking lot though, it's the hardest to get into and the worst to get out of. There are times I planned on going into Amazon but because of the craziness in the parking lot and the traffic around those streets, I just end up driving right by it and thinking "i'll just come back". There are lots of good varieties and the prices are descent. I bought a great flat iron there. I have on gripe about their weave selection. EVRYTHING is silky and super straight. I was looking for a "kinky or coarse" type of sew-in weave and they kept trying to force me to buy some super silky milkyway type stuff that would NEVER match my hair texture no matter how long I flatironed or if I put a million perms in my head. I wish there was more variety to match the different types of black people hair. Not everyone wants to have indian/chinese type hair!! kinky is in too!!

I just love this store. I shop here all the time. I enjoy speaking to the sale people. They are very helpful and friendly. I think that Kay and Rachael or the best. I can actually say that I come in so much they we have became friends. I enjoy the other sales people to, but I can't remember their names. Next time I will included their names also.
