Do not use these people. Very very very poor customer service. They put a liner in my pool and it's full of wrinkles. They will not return your calls or send someone to even look at it. 3000 dollars down the drain

We have received EXCELLENT service from Bill & his staff - they have quickly answered any questions & responded to problems - highly recommend them.

I bought a pool in April 2007. Took 3 crews 3 days+ to install. One crew digs, next crew delivers, next crew installs, none were on-time diggers had to come back as installers said ground was not level, threatened to take pool back because ground was too hard? after already dug up!! Took days to install my pool while coworkers were getting theirs done by local pool company in hours. When we tried to call, left numerous messages no one returned phone calls... very poor customer service once sale is made. Will not return email's either. The deal we received was adequate the customer service was awful. Took 3 crews days to install what others put up in hours. Go with someone who has one crew who does it all - I wish I had.
