Vurginia is so professional and is an expert in facials. She asnswered my questions and recommended the Murad facial kit which I just love. Virginia should get a raise. She is the best one in the store.

My Michael uses the perfect amount of pressure on me and makes me feel as though he truly cares about making sure he gets all my knots out as he knows I'm a fitness instructor and need to be nice and relaxed in order to teach.

Alexandra just gave me a great massage! She has met my expectations every time and my expectations are very high! She is courteous and friendly and I enjoy talking with her during the massage.

I was at the Eastlake saloon, the girl at the front desk who checked me in and out was excellent, friendly. Explained everything and was not pushy. But, I forgot her name, long curly hair. The therapist asked frequently if the massage was too deep. And, Virginia explained the facial everytime she was doing something different.

Both Martin and Carla are the best! They truly listen and are careful of making sure pressure is right on and also making sure they do their best with all my knots, as I am a group fitness instructor and tend to normally be extremely tight on each visit. They are both very kind and also give me feedback/suggestions at the end of each session, which I listen to.

I appreciated alexandra being on time and recieving the full time alloted (not always true for previous therapists). She made every effort to meet my needs.
