No good. High fees. My agent referred me to this company. At first all was good. Towards the end of the process our real-estate agent found that this guy was charging his clients very high fees and had some exchange of words vowing to never use or recommend his services to anyone. He then informed us but since we were at the end of the process and continued. Another flag: our escrow agent mentioned she did not like the way they did business and treated their cleints and was considering not doing business with him (owner). I was afraid to ask for details and just happy it was almost over. We got into a loan and we were told we could refinance within 6 to 1 year to remove pmi fees and co-signers and that he would give us a deal. Now he avoids our calls, promises to call us back and does not. I should have listend to both my agent and escrow agent. Beware....very shady person. Will take advantage of the vulnerable.
