Excellent service, great prices, and even have a pharmacy there so that you don't have to go out of your way on the way home or wait somewhere else for your medicine when your not feeling good.

After a nightmare experience in the ER with my daughter who was diagnosed with strep throat I looked for other after hours care options and found you guys. I brought my son when he started to show similar signs as my daughter had and had a WONDERFUL experience. The facility was clean and modern, the front desk coordinator was beyond friendly. She interacted with my children, gave them balloons, gave me info as a first time patient, etc. The doctor was friendly, informative, thorough and patient, even when my 4 year old creamed and refused to take her clothes off to be examined. She discussed every concern completely and prescribed medications appropriately. I almost wished I could make her my regular pediatrician! Overall, I was VERY pleased with my experience at Doctor's Express in Santee, CA and will be back anytime I need urgent care. I'm only sad it's not 24 hours!!

I wish that I could give this office 10 stars for how wonderfully I was treated by all of the staff! And if I could give a million stars to Dr Tamera Hoover, I would! I have a very difficult pain syndrome and Dr Hoover not only knew of the condition but she took the time to print out and explain the syndrome as well as various forms of treatment. She went above and beyond any Dr that I have ever met in my 47 years of life! I am pain free for the first time in 4years! How can I possibly thank her and her staff enough for all that they did for me!

I went to Doctors Express yesterday and I have to say that I was treated very well. The staff is very friendly. The doctors actually have good bedside manner, and they didn't make me wait very long. It was a relatively fast visit and it cost a lot less than I expected it would.
