He created his own flavors at CENTER CUT Parrilla Mexicana with his favorite cuts of beef, fused with a South of the border presentation. Between his vision and his chef Adrian De Leon, they brought to life the taste Javier was looking for. Everything is meticulously chosen from the prime cuts of beef, to the flavorful spices we love in authentic Mexican Cooking, to the special house salt used to season the meats.
