I only have this 1 star bc I had to choose, they don't deserve even 1.Went in at 830 on a weeknight, ordered 2 adult meals & 3 kid meals. Order came out pretty quickly for what I'd ordered. Fries looked liked leftovers from lunch, cold & rubbery. Rings were not crispy, tots looked undercooked - not golden. Sent back the entire food order & 1 drink that was supposed to be a slush.Again, it came out pretty quickly for having been totally remade, but I was holding on a kid meal w/ckn strips -- they brought the rest out "so it wouldn't get cold". SERIOUSLY?!Checked that order, Jr cb was meant to have nothing but meat n cheese, they kept smothering it in ketchup & mustard, then the #1 cb had no cheese....back it went! Asked for a manager. Audrey came out, calling me "Sweetie" -- I cannot STAND that & told her I wasn't her sweetie. She apologized, then defended it by "being from the south". I grew up here, I could sweetie ppl all day, but time & place -- disgruntled patrons are not your target "sweetie" group. The only solutions she came up with were to 1. Remake the entire order AGAIN or 2. Take the entire order back & refund the $29.09. SERIOUSLY?! She also doubted I'd return to that store, but if I did, ask for her or another mgr to make my order. We use this location quite often bc it's close to home, but the fries are ALWAYS nasty & no adult touches them -- the kids will know better when they're older.Having a prime location right off the interstate, one would think the quality should be amazing, however, I feel like they don't give a rat's a#s bc so many ppl order & eat on the road, so they're not gonna complain. I've worked several Sonic locations & other food establishments & would NEVER have sent those fries out, condescened to an angry customer & WOULD HAVE offered, at the very least, a couple comped meals....SOMETHING, ANYTHING to attempt retaining customers. More than 30 minutes later, I'm on my way home with cold fries, greasy rings & undercooked tots. UGH!!

Malt was real watery, like milk. Worse sonic malt ever

Love Sonic but not independently owned. Stopped by there the "Tuesday Night 1/2 price Burger Special". They don't offer that special. NICE! They are the only Sonic within 15 miles of my house. I work on 55th and N Western. Split T Sonic a walk away. I'll make sure to give them my $$$ and never waste my time/$$$ even for a drink at this Sonic again.

I often visit this Sonic on my way home due to its location. The food seams fresh but more often then not the order isn't correct. For example my double bacon cheese burger wasn't a double when I got home, My cherry limeade with extra cherry isn't sweet, or my easy ice takes up well over half the cup. I am by no means saying don't go but I do highly suggest that you check your order as best you can.
