A&D Home inspections was very thorough, and I was very satisfied with the work done, I will definitely recommend them. Very knowledgeable. Excellent report with digital photos to show the seller. Worth every penny. The hot water tank was bad and leaking. The garbage disposal doesn't work properly, and the chimney is falling due to no top on the main part of the chimney. We renegotiated the contract for $6000. dollars less. What a great inspection!

Mr. Thomas helped us so much in understanding what we were buying, He checks everything. If we didn't understand something, he took the time to explain what was wrong and the proper way to repair it. Now we can rest easy, knowing that we are getting what we paid for and that the electrical,and heating is safe. Mr. Thomas was on time and very polite. I'm thankful we hired him.
