I searched many manufactured home builders before I decided on Town & Country. Their staff was amazing, they truly cared about my wants and needs and helped me build the right home within my budget.

When looking for a home I just stopped into their office. Everyone was very helpful and able to answer all of my questions. We ended up going through them and I am very happy with the home I purchased through them this summer. They made it a simple, pleasant transaction, and have been very responsive to any issues that have come up.

My wife and I purchased our second mobile home from Town & Country Housing and we are more than happy with the service and helpfulness from everyone here. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I am in a wheelchair and they made several different arrangements for me and my new home. I can not be more happy or thankful for their help.

I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with Town and Country Housing. I chose them to build my home after some research I did by comparing them to others and found that they really go above and beyond. Right from the get go they were courteous, knowledgeable and built a quality home for me.
My daughter lives in Chippeaw Falls, ID- so one day while visiting her we drove by Town and Country Housing to stopped in to look around. I ended up buying a new home from them and had them come out and install and set it up a few weeks later. I absolutely love my new house. It's exactly what I wanted and they had a large selection to choose from. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful during the buying process as well.- Betty K.
