Modeled after Las Vegas' Oyster Bar, entrees are prepared in Steam Kettles at the counter in front of you. Sauces are made from scratch so that spices can be tailored to your specific liking. High-pressured steam is pushed through pipes to the steam kettles, so it simmers evenly without the chance of overcooking. The Boiler is currently the only Cajun/Creole restaurant in the Inland Valley, which opened in 2009. It is the destination on the horizon at The Commons mall in Chino Hills.Modeled after Las Vegas' Oyster Bar, entrees are prepared in Steam Kettles at the counter in front of you. This place is such a great find! We sat at the bar, so that we can see our food being prepared right before our eyes. The food was cooked in a stainless steel kettle. The menu isn't huge, which to me is always a sign of good things. Lot's of things on their menu are top notch and worthy of consideration. The clam chowder was as good as everyone said: the best I've ever had. It was very flavorful and creamy.I chose the house pan roast as entree which consisted of a spicy tomatoe cream sauce with lobster, oyster, crab, shrimp and have rice on the side. The flavor was unusual and simply awesome. My friend had the Cioppino. Both dishes were AMAZING! They were so hearty and filling; that it would be something great to eat on a cold winter day. We also had a dozen of their raw oysters. It is a great seafood experience and worth every penny. I truly recommend this wonderful gem. GO - you won't be disappointed!

We had a small group meeting at this restaurant. Management was very accomodating and the food (appetizer sampler) was excellent. A group member had been at the restaurant several times advised the Roasts were excellent. Check the hours on the website before you go. Open for lunch and Dinner (5:00PM). Kid friendly, casual.
