So far, so good. Mark responded to my inquiry immediately, even though it was a holiday. The service techs have only come twice to date, but service so far has been excellent. His service techs appear to be very conscientious and have my pool looking great. They show up when they say they will, which is a big plus for me. Hopefully, this arrangement will continue for a long time.
