This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Despite having my loan documents a month before closing time, they had all these random last minute requests that delayed our funding. I used to work at a mortgage originator, so I understand credit analysis, and the questions they were asking had absolutely no bearing on the credit risk of my file. After they finally received our signed documents, it took them another 3 days before funding our loan. When I called, they wouldn't even let me speak with anyone because I wasn't a broker or a title company. At the last minute, they also forced me to get home insurance for 100% of the loan amount for a condominium. I don't even think that is legal, I am going to research it and follow up with them. No one should ever do business with this company. They are horrible.
