Established in 1963, Ramona Junior High School is a part of Chino Valley Unified School District. It provides instructional services to more than 1,000 students in grades seven and eight. The school provides various courses in history, language arts, electives, science, social studies and mathematics. Additionally, it offers advanced-placement courses in European and American and world history, calculus, biology, chemistry, art and music. The school also provides health and physical education. It offers a variety of athletic activities, such as basketball, baseball, cheerleading, softball and volleyball. The school offers various honors and college preparatory courses. It additionally provides a variety of clubs and group activities. The school has cyber center and career and technology center. The school also provides support and guidance for students, and also assists in various reading and mathematic skills. The school is located in Chino, Calif.
