I was in the dark for four years they were terrible never returned phone calls. Dealt with receptionist more than anyone else, attorney's assistant did majority of work, met attorney once and was misled, shown a amount of settlement amount and when came day to pick up my check the amount was 1,800 dollars less. I was told I misunderstood but, after four years of waiting and being put on the back burner this lawyer if you can call him that was in bed with the insurance company! He lied through his teeth and led me to believe he couldn't get a better settlement when all the smoke cleared he walked away with too much money if I were him I would have not charged me a penny. Terrible service all the way around!!! Never do business with Michael Martin you will regret it!!! Once a liar and thief and a coward always a liar, thief and coward. I should have knocked him out!!! Very angry and disappointed .

Completely dissatisfied with service! They never returned my phones calls! And always told me misleading information regarding my case. Staff was unprofessional. Frankly I felt they were in it to make money off me. Not to justify my case. If you are looking for an attorney that is on your side, this is not the one to go to! Staff also stated to me that I was desperate for my case to close. So that my settlement could help me pay my medical bills that occurred in my accident. Some helpful advise..?Research your representing attorney before you sign anything.?

I wish I would of choose a different attorney to represent me. They were very rude and unprofessional.. I strongly believe if I were to have gone to another attorney I would have had better service overall and a much more beneficial settlement..
