The Chincoteague Chamber of Commerce & Certified Visitor Center is the official tourism office of Chincoteague Island, Virginia. Our mission is to provide accurate, up-to-date information via our website, over the phone & in the office on lodging, dining, recreation & shopping options, so you can plan a memorable vacation on Chincoteague & Assateague Islands. Located in the center of the turn circle on Maddox Boulevard, we look forward to providing you a complimentary Chincoteague Visitor Guide & Membership Directory, Historic Walking & Biking Tour brochure, trolley schedule, menus, maps, brochures & friendly service. Our office is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm & visitor guides are always available in the mailbox on the front porch. We are a non-profit, volunteer membership organization serving as the leading spokesman and representative for the businesses on Chincoteague Island.
