A board-certified, adult-gerontology nurse practitioner, Hackbarth provides holistic care to older adolescents and adults. In addition to offering primary, palliative and hospice care with a focus on health promotion and prevention, she has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of chronic diseases. Hackbarth diagnoses and treats conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure (CHF), hypertension and others.
