Tumbleweed Southwest Grill operates several Southwestern-style restaurants in the United States. The restaurant features a dual-concept strategy, offering Tex-Mex cuisine and a large menu of mesquite-grilled steaks, chops, chicken and seafood cooked over real mesquite logs on a specially designed grill. Founded in 1975, Tumbleweed Southwest Grill is headquartered in Louisville, Ky., and has a franchise location in Chillicothe, Ohio. It serves fajitas prepared on skillets with fresh peppers, onions, Santa Fe rice and refried beans with mesquite-grilled steak, tilapia or chicken. The restaurant chain also offers a selection of burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas, chimichangas and tacos, all with multiple flavor options and toppings.
