I got my 4 year old daughter into this dentist quickly in August when I noticed a small cavity. They cleaned her teeth and the staff were very nice to her. The dentist wasn t very personable, but my daughter felt okay with him. I think he could have better bedside manners and not rushed out, but it could have been a bad day. What upsets me is that the office could not schedule appointments two weeks out ahead of time for the cavities to be filled. I explained why I needed to schedule them out that far and no one cared. One of the ladies eventually told me to just call back when the cavities started bothering my daughter. In February, they were bothering her very suddenly. I called that day and they said they no longer took my insurance. Was telling me to wait a ploy? Who knows. All I know is that my daughter had to wait days with a very infected tooth, days that she spent hardly eating and sleeping, and then had to get it extracted at a different office.
