As a previous contract driver, I would not recommend working for this company. There's NO leadership..managers that are harassing and blaming. Dispatchers have their favorite drivers and only give runs to their favs. A dispatcher asks for money I.e. Gofundme accounts. I fell victim to her pity party. I wonder how many other drivers across the US she rooked into her scam? The president of the company is a coward and the owner of the company is totally NON EXISTENT. A lot of their drivers are thugs driving beat up vehicles..their pants hanging below their waists! Very unprofessional presentation. At Crosstown you are only a number. Loyalty means zilch to them.
