      The rudest service I have ever experienced.. The receptionist is old and needs to go!!! I would give her a big zero. We are all busy but she takes the prize.

      Great service!

      My son is a college student at Chico State. I flew him to Sac Airport where the shuttle would meet him and take him back to Chico State. It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving, busiest day of the year for airports, and my sons flight ended up being delayed approximately 45 minutes. I was able to get on the phone with NVS and let them know about the delay. They made sure to accommodate so my son could get back to Chico, and they were nice about it! What a relief! I highly recommend NVS.
