Kokoro Universal Martial Arts provides a comprehensive approach to Self Defense combining the science of Kenpo, the effectiveness and weapon's training of Ninjutsu and the safety of Tai Chi; Self Defense programs serving Children (8-12) and Adults (13+). We also provide independent classes in Tai Chi (8+) for fitness, focus, and well-being, as well as workshops for 'Women's Self Defense' and 'Children's Bully Prevention'. Ask about our Introduction and Workshop rates. Coming up in August 2012, we have our "Little Tigers" program starting for kids ages 4-6, Zumba, Senior Tai Chi (55+), and Cardio/Strength Training; call or stop in NOW to reserve your spotl!!! Drop in's are welcome for any of our Tai Chi and Zumba classes, currently $5/classes or $50/monthly. Ask about our quarterly and annual rates.
