At Enloe; we want you to play an active role in your health care. We encourage you to read your medical record during your hospital stay to know more about the care you receive. Let your nurse or doctor know that you would like to see your medical record. They will arrange a time to review it with you. Your privacy is important to us. If you would like someone else to have access to your medical record; weâ??ll ask you to sign an authorization form.
